The expectation of life is a topic contentious, thus first we need to know the advantages and disadvantages about living longer, this expectation depends of the sex, of the alimentation and if practice exercise. First, the sex refers if is women or men by the change the cultural, the genetic, among others. Furthermore, the food is very important, because it is varies depend if the person has diseases (allergies, heart problems, diabetes, among others). Third, this topic generates other point which is the exercise that has many effects well in the human health and in numerous cases increases the expectation of life or by the least the improvement.
However, this theme touches other point such as the ambient in that live the elderly people. Thus, must establish a balance between the points noted above because you have an equilibrium in which the elderly can realize their activities, but always watch out that doing by doesn´t have “osteoporosis”, cardiovascular diseases and unexpected shocks. Also, the genetic studies says that the women live more than men at least seven years more; this is for the influence in the society (drugs, alcohol, tobacco), because the men suffer of the cancer of the respiratory system, motor vehicle accidents, suicide, cirrhosis of the liver, emphysema, and coronary heart disease and in the case of the women; they prefer to take care more for certain the stereotypes with the weight.
On the other hand, other point that involved is the place in that live; for example on Africa the people that live in Botswana (70.7 years) live more than South Africa (60.5 years) the difference not is more because this countries have highest prevalence of HIV.
Therefore, the advantages and disadvantages are:
Advantages:
- The mood is humorous in many cases
- Interest for new things (things that didn´t in his youth )
-
Disadvantages:
- Difficulty moving alone
- Physical change
