The government should authorize home schooling in Costa Rica

The population that assists a educational system in Costa Rica has different points of view the government for the quality in the education, the differences between learning public or private and the strategies to take forward the instruction of our country. First, the tutoring (public system) that provides the administration of our nation is very poor, inferior, lacks a more current system, the professors in the majority are bad because only give the matter and not worry that children actually learn, among others situations. Furthermore, the private system in majority of the cases the education is good, the develop children with certain characteristics, such as: computation learn, others languages (not only English yet French, German or Portuguese), the inculcate values; receive tutoring in the matters that go worse, among others. Third, the system education has gap enormous for fault the government do not worry about updating teaching methods.

However, the management don´t have the resources to do. Thus, must establish a balance between both opinions to avoid prejudicing anyone. Therefore, I defend a change in the education system, but without hinder education of our children. The administration need new politics for better learning, for example the sexual class because this is a taboo theme and it is the result of many pregnant girls, as they don´t have the help of their family and teachers and only of their friends, but this aid is bad because it does not provide adequate guidance.

On the other hand, the education must to be more attractive with multiples animation strategies for creating innovative environments literary in which we explain the strategies to promote the reading, the socialize with classmates (they don´t have if receive the home schooling), responsibility, inspiration for films, theatre or poetry. Although, this topic depends of economic situation of the family and the government. Third, the children have that having perseverance, love for the study, hope, desire to excel, among others.

Therefore, I think that is good idea, but our system doesn´t allow because don´t have the economics resources and human capital. Also, the home schooling not allowed the interactive development with other persons. Thus, the education and the economy must evolve before carrying out this idea.
